By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

1.2. You possess the legal capacity, authority, and right to enter into a binding agreement with us.

1.3. You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced herein.

Failure to meet any of these conditions may result in immediate suspension or termination of Services at our sole discretion.

2. Services Provided

2.1. Scope of Services:
Camper Bill’s RV Repair LLC specializes in comprehensive mobile RV repair and maintenance services, tailored to meet the unique needs of RV owners. Our expertise includes:

Repairs: Addressing issues with RV systems such as plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, and structural components.

Maintenance: Routine servicing to keep your RV in optimal condition, including inspections, lubrication, seal replacements, and more.

Upgrades: Enhancing your RV’s functionality with modern equipment such as solar panel installations, advanced lighting systems, and technology integrations.

Modifications: Customizing RV interiors and exteriors to suit your preferences, including cabinetry upgrades, layout adjustments, and accessory installations.

2.2. No Guarantee of Availability: Service availability depends on scheduling, workload, and logistical considerations. We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion.

2.3. Inspection and Diagnosis: All service requests are subject to inspection and diagnosis. We may decline to perform services if, in our professional judgment, the repair is unsafe, impractical, or outside our expertise.

2.4. Third-Party Services: If specialized work beyond our scope is required, we may recommend third-party service providers. However, we are not responsible for their services or outcomes.

3. Appointments and Scheduling

3.1. Scheduling Process: Appointments are scheduled via phone, email, or our online booking system. Appointment times are estimates and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

3.2. Access Requirements: You must ensure that your RV is accessible, parked safely, and ready for service at the agreed-upon location. Failure to provide access may result in additional fees or rescheduling.

4. Payments and Fees

4.1. Estimates: Service fees will be quoted based on the scope of work. Estimates are not final and may change if additional work is required.

4.2. Payment Terms: Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless alternative terms are agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, and checks.

4.3. Deposits: For certain services, a deposit is required to secure the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel the service.

4.4. Late Payments:
Balances are due within 14 days of the invoice date. Late payments incur a 5% fee, increasing to 10% after 30 days. Accounts unpaid after 30 days may result in small claims action, with court costs, filing fees, and reasonable attorney fees added to the balance. Customers are encouraged to contact us promptly to discuss payment delays, as payment plans may be available with prior approval

4.5. Disputed Charges: Any disputes regarding charges must be raised within 10 business days of the invoice date.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1. Cancellation by Customer: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a travel fee up-charge of $25.

5.2. Cancellation by Company: We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to emergencies, weather, unsafe conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, deposits or prepayments will be refunded.

5.3. Refund Policy:

Refunds will be issued only in specific circumstances, as outlined below:

1. Services Not Performed: A refund will be provided if a service is not performed as agreed upon or if the service was not rendered at all.

2. Failure to Meet Agreed Terms: If the service fails to meet the terms outlined in the agreement, you may be entitled to a refund, subject to review.

3. Partial Refunds: In cases where services are incomplete, partial refunds may be issued at our sole discretion, based on the extent of the work completed.

Shipping and Freight:

• Refunds will not include the cost of shipping or freight charges, either for the original delivery of the product or the return shipping of any parts.

• Customers are responsible for the cost of sending parts back to manufacturers for any return or refund process.

Special Order Parts:

• Special order parts are considered final sale and cannot be returned to the manufacturer.

• These items are non-refundable, and customers will be fully responsible for the purchase price of any special order parts, as they cannot be sent back.

6. Customer Responsibilities

6.1. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information about your RV and its condition. Misrepresentation may result in additional fees or denial of service.

6.2. Hazards and Safety: You must disclose any hazards, including environmental or structural conditions, that may affect our ability to perform services safely.

6.3. Ongoing Maintenance: You are responsible for following maintenance recommendations provided by us. Neglect or misuse may void any warranties.
